Abstract
Pētījuma mērėis: noskaidrot un izanalizēt, oftalmoloăijas pacientu aprūpes problēmas un
zināšanas par acu aprūpi izrakstoties no stacionāra.
Pētījums sastāv no 2 nodaĜām, 5 apakšnodaĜām, 10 tabulām, 8 pielikumiem un analizēti
38 literatūras un interneta avoti.
Pētniecības darbs izstrādāts izmantojot Betijas ĥūmanes „Veselības aprūpes sistēmu
modeli”.
Research objective: to find out and to analyse the care problems and knowledge regarding the eye care of the ophthalmology patients discharging from the in- pattient hospital. Research work consists of 2 chapters, 5 subchapters, 10 tables, 8 annexes and there are analysed 38 sources of literature and the Internet. Research work is elaborated using the „Health Care Systems’ Model” of Betty Newman. In compliance with this theory it is applied in the care and educating of the ophthalmology patients. As a research method there was used an individual interview. In the research work there are included 20 ophthalmology patients after the glaucoma and cataract operation. R esearch was carried out in the real environment – in a hospital, the selection of patients was on random basis. Research results showed that the post – operation period for a patient is the time of waiting and hope that the operation will be successful. Patients’ knowledge about the eye care is insufficient. Educating information about eye care in the eye room (if it was) would like to be received by all the patients involved in the research. Key words: Ophthalmology patient, problems and needs, hope in the post – operation period, care and knowledge.
