Sociālpedagoģiskā darbība pieaugušo ar redzes traucējumiem iekļaušanās darba tirgū sekmēšanai

Abstract

Mērķis izzināt sociālpedagoģiskās darbības iespējas pieaugušo ar redzes traucējumiem iekļaušanās darba tirgū sekmēšanai, šo iespēju pilnveidē Latvijas Neredzīgo biedrības Rehabilitācijas centrā. Teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīta esošā atbalsta sistēma, kas veidota pieaugušo ar redzes traucējumiem iekļaušanās darba tirgū sekmēšanai un raksturota pieaugušo ar redzes traucējumiem iekļaušanās darba tirgū un sabiedrībā kopumā specifika. Pētījums veikts anketējot pieaugušos ar redzes traucējumiem un LNBRC darbiniekus, intervējot ekspertus, kā arī veicot dokumentu analīzi. Izmantojot pētījuma rezultātus tika izstrādāta “Sociālpedagoģiskās darbības programma pieaugušo ar redzes traucējumiem iekļaušanās darba tirgū sekmēšanai” kas tika realizēta Latvijas Neredzīgo biedrības Rehabilitācijas centrā.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to explore the possibilities of sociopedagogical activity to promote the inclusion of visually impaired adults into the labor market by improving this possibility at the Rehabilitation Center of the Latvian Association of the Blind. The theoretical part describes the existing support system designed to promote the inclusion of visually impaired adults into the labor market and describes the specifics of the inclusion of visually impaired adults into the labor market and society as a whole. Research was done using methods such as survey, interviewing and document analysis. The research involved adults with visual impairment, LNBRC employees, experts. The “Sociopedagogical activity program for promoting of inclusion of people with visual impairment in the labour market” was based on the research results. It was implemented in the Rehabilitation Center of the Latvian Association of the Blind.
