Abstract
Bakalaura darbā izgatavoti eksprestesti piena kvalitātes kontrolei – teststrēmeles piena sārmainās fosfatāzes aktivitātes noteikšanai. Veikta izgatavoto testu kalibrēšana un stabilitātes pētījumi. Vislabākos rezultātus iespējams iegūt ar testiem, kuri satur cikloheksilamonija fenolftaleīnfosfāta un bufervielu maisījumu. Testa nolasījumus iespējams veikt vizuāli, iegūstot kvalitatīvu rezultātu, kā arī izmantojot krāsu densitometriju, kas ļauj iegūt kvantitatīvu pasterizācijas pakāpes novērtējumu.
Express tests for evaluation of milk quality are developed - test strips for the detection of milk alkaline phosphatase activity. Calibration and stability studies of the tests are performed. The best results are reached by using test strips, containing phenolphthalein monophosphate cyclohexylammonium salt and buffer compound. The readings of the test strips are performed visually or by colour densitometry, the last allowing to acquire quantitive assessment of the pasteurization quality.
