Koronogrāfijas un angioplastijas aprūpes kartes novērtējums

Abstract

Maăistra darbs „Koronarogrāfijas un angiogrāfijas aprūpes kartes novērtējums” sastāv no 4 nodaĜām, 3 apakšnodaĜām un 4 pielikumiem. Darba izstrādē analizēti 46 literatūras avoti par aprūpes dokumentāciju un tās mērėiem māsu praksē, pacientu novērtēšanas nepieciešamību, izmantojot „Aprūpes karti” pirms un pēc koronarogrāfijas un angioplastijas procedūras, par dokumentācijas izstrādes pamatprincipiem. Darba mērėis ir noskaidrot, kā māsas spēj identificēt un sakārtot pacienta aprūpes vajadzības, sniegt aprūpi, novērtēt to un dokumentēt procesu, kā novērtē, plāno, veic un izvērtē aprūpi pēc koronarogrāfijas un angioplastijas. Izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētniecības metodi, kuras instruments ir strukturēta intervija, izzināts māsu novērtējums „Aprūpes kartei”, un pēc izstrādātā dokumenta aizpildīšanas biežuma novērtējuma noskaidrotas dokumenta aktuālākās un mazāk aktuālās pozīcijas. Pētījuma rezultāti atspoguĜo, ka būtiskas izmaiĦas esošajā dokumentā nav nepieciešamas. Māsas pirms un pēc procedūras aprūpes pasākumus veic atbilstoši pacienta vajadzībām un spēj tās identificēt prioritārā secībā, neatkarīgi no profesionālās pieredzes. Par to liecina dati, ka māsas par svarīgākajām “Aprūpes kartes” pozīcijām norādīja ar sirds asinsvadu sistēmas darbības nodrošināšanai nepieciešamajiem novērojumiem un to fiksāciju aprūpes dokumentā. The aim of the Paper is to clarify how nurses manage to identify and arrange the needs of patient’s care, to render care, to valuate and documente care, how to estimate, plan, realize and valuate care after the coronography and angioplasty. Using the qualitative research method, where the instrument is the structured interview inquired valuation of nurses for the „ Care Map” and where further the most actual and less actual problems are clarified after the valuation of the regularity of the worked out documents’ filling in. The research results disclose that relevant changes are not necessary in the present document. Nurses do before an after procedure care activities according to the needs of patients and identify them in a prior sequence apart from the professional experience. Data that nurses denoted the system of the heart blood-vessels action as the main position of the „Care Map” and their observations potted in the care document denote on that.
