Abstract
Bakalaura darbs veidots kā mācību līdzeklis, kurā tiek paskaidroti kodēšanas un attēlu pārraides pamatjēdzieni un principi. Tas veltīts attēlu ciparu apstrādei, video saspiešanas jautājumiem. Aplūkoti dažādi algoritmi video informācijas saspiešanai un pārraidei caur tīklu. Pievērsta uzmanība tādam populāram video formātam, kā AVI (Audio Video Interleaved), kurš joprojām ir vispopulārākais video formāts informācijas pārskatīšanai ar personālo datoru un video attēlu ievadam un rediģēšanai, kā arī MPEG (ietver sevī tādus formātus, kā MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 un MPEG-7), kas mūsdienās izplatās ļoti ātri. Šajā darbā tiek veltīta uzmanība arī videotveršanai un analogsignāla konvertēšanai ciparu formā.
The Bachelor Work is formed as study aid, in which accounted encoding and basic video transfer concepts and principles. It is devoted for the digital images processing and video compression questions. Various video compression algorithms are studied video information and transmission through a network questions. Attention is paid for such popular video format, as Sheep (Audio Video Interleaved), which still is the most popular format for video information picturing on the personal computer and for video data entering and editing, and also MPEG (include such formats, as MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 and MPEG-7) which in our days spreads very quickly. Similarly in work attention is spared to the questions which are bound by the video capture and analog signal converting to the digital format.
