Oglekļa un slāpekļa izotopu attiecību pētījumi dažādas šķirnes ābolos

Abstract

Darbā ir veikta literatūras izpēte par izotopu attiecības masspektrometriju un tā pielietojumiem dažādu augļu izcelsmes noteikšanai. Tika analizēts paraugu sagatavošanas process, kā arī izmantotās analīzes metodes. Pēc tam tika izstrādāta paraugu sagatavošanas metode un ar izotopu attiecības masspektrometru tika analizēti āboli no dažādām valstīm un iegūtie rezultāti savā starpā salīdzināti.A literature analysis was performed about isotope ratio masspectrometry and the application of it to determine different fruit origin. Sample preparation processes and analytical methods were analyzed. Afterwards a sample preparation method was developed and with isotope masspectrometry apples from different countries were analyzed. Obtained results were compared with each other.
