Abstract
Bakalaura darbs tiek izstrādāts ar mērķi veikt Latvijas Republikā jaunieviestā tiesību institūta – apbūves tiesības, satura salīdzinājumu un efektivitātes analīzi. Darba uzdevums ir veikt jaunā tiesību institūta iespējamo turpmāko attīstību un lietderību Latvijas Republikas jurisdikcijā, par pamatu salīdzinājumam ņemot Vācijas un Šveices tiesību normas apbūves tiesību jomā. Tiesību normu analīzes rezultātā tiks noskaidrots jaunpieņemto grozījumu efektivitātes iespējamība Latvijas Republikā, brīvprātīgi dalītā īpašuma pilnīgu atrisināšanas un likvidēšanas iespēju ar grozījumu palīdzību, kā arī iespējamie ieguvumi, salīdzinājumā ar Vācijas un Šveices regulējumiem.
Thesis of Bachelor is developed for the purpose of newly law institute implementation in Latvian Republic – right of superficies, content comparison and analysis of the effectiveness. Task of the research is to make possible future development and efficiency of new law institute in Latvian Republic jurisdiction, taking on the basis of comparison German and Switzerland legal provisions of leasehold law. As a result of legal provisions analysis the effectiveness of newly adopted law amendments in Latvian Republic, compulsory divided property resolution and liquidation possibility in the aid of law amendments, as well potential benefits compared to German and Switzerland law regulations.
