Abstract
Maģistra darba ietvaros tika apkopota informācija par 7-azabiciklo[2.2.1]heptāna atvasinājumu pielietojumu, iegūšanu un funkcionalizēšanu. Tika izstrādāta metode C4- aizvietotu 7-azabiciklo[2.2.1]heptān-1-karbonskābes atvasinājumu sintēzei un iegūti to analogi.
Masters's thesis is dedicated to synthesis of 7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane derivatives and analysis of literature of 7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane derivative application, synthesis and functionalisation. Method of synthesis for different types of C4-substituted 7- azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-1-carboxylic acid derivatives was developed.
