Abstract
Diplomdarba tēma ir „Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus analīze Latvijā”. Diplomdarbs tika izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt nekustamā īpašuma tirgus attīstību Latvijā, sākot no 1991.gada līdz pat mūsdienām – 2007.gada aprīlim, kā arī izanalizēt ar nekustamā īpašuma attīstības un iegādes saistītās problēmas. Diplomdarbā iekļauti jautājumi, kas analizē dažādus viedokļus par nekustamā īpašuma būtību, sastāvu, tirgu, kuri ietekmē ar to saistītos jautājumus Latvijā. Lai gūtu objektīvu skatījumu uz nekustamā īpašuma tirgu, tā tālākās attīstības perspektīvām, iekļauta sadaļa par finansu avotu – banku, precīzāk par hipotekārajiem kredītiem un to lomu nekustamo īpašumu tirgū. Darba apjoms ir 65 lpp. un tajā ietilpst 4 nodaļas, 11 attēli un 3 tabulas. Atslēgvārdi: nekustamais īpašums, hipotekārais kredīts, ieguldījuma īpašums.
Theme of diploma work is the Analysis of the market of the real estate in Latvia. Diploma work has been written with the purpose to the analyse the market of the real estate in Latvia, since 1991 when up to now – 2007 of april, and also to analyse problems related to buying and development of the real estate. The questions that are included in diploma work analyses different opinions about essence, content, market of the real estate,that influence the real estate in Latvia. To get an objective look to the market of the real estate and to the perspective of future development, here is included the part about the source of finances – mortgage credits and how they influence the market of the real estate. This work is 65 pages long and contains 4 sections, 11 images and 3 tables. Keywords: the real estate, mortgage credit, investment property.
