Māsas psihoemocionālā un fiziskā noslogojuma izvērtējums darbā ar COVID – 19 pacientu aprūpē “Neatliekamās medicīnas un pacientu uzņemšanas klīnikā

Abstract

Izvēlētā tēma bakalaura darbam ir „Māsas psihoemocionālā un fiziskā noslogojuma izvērtējums darbā ar COVID – 19 pacientu aprūpē “Neatliekamās medicīnas un pacientu uzņemšanas klīnikā””. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māsas psihoemocionālā un fiziskā noslogojumu veicot COVID – 19 pacientu aprūpi. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti uzdevumi – analizēt pieejamo pētniecisko un teorētisko literatūru par māsas psihoemocionālo un fizisko noslogojumu māsas darbā pandēmijas COVID – 19 laikā, analizēt pieejamo pētniecisko un teorētisko literatūru par Kallistas F. Rojas adaptācijas modeli, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – anketu, veikt anketēšanu, analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus, izdarīt secinājumus un ieteikt priekšlikumus. Pētījumā tika izvirzīta hipotēze, ka paaugstinās māsas psihoemocionālais un fiziskais noslogojuma līmenis veicot COVID – 19 pacientu aprūpi, H_1:μ_1≠μ_2. Darba ietvaros tika veikts pētījums, kurā izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode ar anketēšanu. Analizējot pētījumā iegūtos rezultāuts un izmantojot t – testa ar atšķirīgām dispersijām un F – testa metodes tika secināts, ka spēkā ir hipotēze par to, ka paaugstinās māsas psihoemocionālais un fiziskais noslogojuma līmenis veicot COVID – 19 pacientu aprūpi. Darbs sastāv no 47 lapaspusēm, 18 attēliem, 10 tabulām un 2 pielikumiem. Izmantotās literatūras sarakstu sastāda 30 literatūras avots. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the psycho-emotional and physical load of nurses when caring for COVID-19 patients. To achieve the goal, tasks were set - to analyze the available research and theoretical literature on the psycho-emotional and physical workload of the nurse during the COVID-19 pandemic, to analyze the available research and theoretical literature on the Kallista F. Roja adaptation model, to develop a research tool - questionnaire, to analyze the results of the study, draw conclusions and make proposals. The study hypothesized that the level of psycho - emotional and physical activity of the nurse increases during the care of COVID - 19 patients, H_1:μ_1≠μ_2. Within the framework of the work, a study was conducted, which used a quantitative research method with a questionnaire. Analyzing the results obtained in the study and using t - test with different variances and F - test methods, it was concluded that the hypothesis that the level of psycho - emotional and physical activity of the nurse increases during the care of COVID - 19 patients is valid. The work consists of 47 pages, 18 figures, 10 tables and 2 appendices. The list of used literature is compiled by 30 literature source.
