Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma – Piena dziedzeru MR izmeklējumu kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori, iespējamie artefakti un radiogrāfera loma, kvalitatīvu piena dziedzeru MR izmeklējumu veikšanā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka pieaugošais piena dziedzeru MR izmeklējumu skaits un pacientu informētības līmenis par MR izmeklējumu. Darba mērķis - noskaidrot, cik labi pacienti informēti par piena dziedzeru MR izmeklējumu, izpētīt attēlu kvalitāti ietekmējošos faktorus, iespējamos artefaktus un radiogrāfera lomu, veicot MR izmeklējumu. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir noskaidrot pacientu informētību par MR izmeklējuma gaitu un norisi, un radiogrāfera lomu. Izvirzīta hipotēze – lai veiktu kvalitatīvu MR izmeklējumu, radiogrāferam jānoskaidro anamnēze un jāizstāsta pacientam par MR gaitu, samazinot iespējamos artefaktus. Pētniecības instruments – anketa. Pētniecības metode – kvantitatīva.
Thesis: Factors Affecting the Quality of Breast MRI Examinations, Possible Artifacts, and the Radiographer’s Role in Performing High-Quality Breast MRI. Relevance of the Topic: The significance of this study is underscored by the increasing frequency of breast MRI examinations and the growing awareness among patients regarding the procedures involved in MRI technology. Aim of the Thesis: To determine how well-informed patients are about breast MRI, to analyze the factors affecting image quality, to identify possible artifacts, and to examine the role of the radiographer in performing the examination. Research Objectives: The objectives of this research include assessing patients’ understanding of the MRI procedure, the associated processes, and the radiographer's role in ensuring high-quality images. Hypothesis: To conduct a high-quality MRI examination, the radiographer must gather the patient’s medical history and clearly explain the examination process to avoid potential artifacts.
