SIA „Vidzeme 90” finanšu analīze – komercdarbības stabilizācijas plānošanas pamats

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt SIA „Vidzeme 90” saimnieciskās darbības finanšu analīzi, lai nostabilizētu uzņēmuma attīstību. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un tām piegulošām apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir apkopota teorētiskā informācija par finanšu rādītājiem – likviditāti, maksātspēju, apriti, rentabilitāti un bilances horizontālo analīzi. Otrajā nodaļā ir apkopota informācija par būvniecības nozari un raksturota SIA „Vidzeme 90” komercdarbība. Trešajā nodaļā ir apkopoti finansu aprēķini un veikta to analīze. Atsevišķi ir izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Diplomdarba beigu daļā ir norādīts izmantotās literatūras saraksts un pievienoti pielikumi. The aim of the graduation paper is to perform the financial analysis of the business operations of the Ltd „Vidzeme 90” to optimise the growth of the company. The graduation paper consists of three chapters and their respective subdivisions. The first chapter contains the theoretical information concerning the financial indices – liquidity, solvency, turnover, profitability and the horizontal analysis of balance. The second chapter contains the information on the construction branch and gives profile on the Ltd “Vidzeme 90” business operations. The third chapter contains financial calculations and their analysis. The conclusions and suggestions are drawn up in the separate section.
