Abstract
Šī darba mērķis ir iepazīties ar Latvijas IT start-up uzņēmumu vidi un izmantotajām IT projektu pārvaldības metodēm un uz to pamata izstrādāt Agile integrētu PMBOK 6.versijas standarta dokumentācijas komplekta vizuālu karti. Bakalaura darbs ir veikts sadarbībā ar uzņēmumu SIA “Kalmars Group”, kas specializējas dažādu IT start-up projektu veidošanā un attīstībā.
The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the environment of Latvian IT start-up companies and their IT project management methods, and on this basis to develop an Agile integrated visual map of the PMBOK version 6 standard documentation set. The bachelor thesis has been carried out in cooperation with the company SIA "Kalmars Group", which specializes in the creation and development of various IT start-up projects.
