Abstract

Ineses Rudusanes akademiska darba tema magistra darba iegušanai ir „Piratisms jura un starptautiski tiesiskie lidzekli cinai ar to”. Kopejais darba apjoms ir 97 lappuses. Darba izmantoti 97 literaturas un informacijas avoti. Darba merkis ir izpetit un noskaidrot piratisma juras un ta starptautiski tiesiska regulejuma efektivitati, ka ari analizet iespejamos problemas risinajumus. Merka sasniegšanai ir izvirziti vairaki darba uzdevumi: • analizet starptautiskas konvencijas un citu tiesisko aktu bazi, ka ari analizet to ietekmi uz cinu ar juras piratismu; • analizet literaturu, apskatit dažadu autoru uzskatus un petijumus, lai iegutu salidzinošu ieskatu problemjautajuma; • izpetit juras piratisma attistibas faktorus no ta pirmsakumiem lidz musdienam, ka ari noteikt piratisma skartakos apgabalus pasaule; • izpetit un izanalizet statistikas datus par juras piratismu, ka ari noteikt ta tendences musdienas; • analizet un petit dažadu tiesibu strukturvienibu darbibu pretpiratisma joma; • izpetit problemas, kadas ir sastopamas cina ar juras piratismu, kadi ir cinas ar juras piratismu galvenie uzdevumi un faktori, kas iespaido cinu ar juras piratismu. Kuga aizsardziba.The topic of the academic thesis of Inese Rudusane for the master’s degree is „Piracy at sea and international legal means for fight with it”. The total volume of the thesis are 97 pages. The author has used 97 literary and informative sources. The aim of the thesis is to examine and establish the effectiveness of the piracy at seas and their international legal regulation as well as provide the analysis of the possible solutions of the challenge. To achieve this goal the author has set the following tasks: • to provide the analysis of the international conventions and other legal acts as well as to provide the analysis of influence of them on fight against sea piracy; • to provide the analysis of literature, examine the views and investigations of various authors and in order to obtain the comparative view on the problem domain; • to investigate the developmental factors of sea piracy from it’s beginning to nowadays as well as to determine the most dangerous areas affected by the piracy in the world; • to examine an provide the analysis of statistical data of sea piracy as well as to determine the tendency of sea piracy in nowadays; • to provide the analysis and examine various legal structural unit; • to investigate problems comming across for fight against sea piracy, which are main tasks for fihgt against sea piracy and factors impressing fight against piracy. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter examines the definition of the sea piracy, history of the sea piracy as well as situation in nowadays. The second chapter is devoted to legal regulation of the sea piracy and work of national and international structural units in this field. In the third chapter are examined the tasks of fight against sea piracy, the factors impressing sea piracy as well as features of the sea piracy. Keywords Sea piracy. Armed robbery at seas.
