Abstract

Tēma ir aktuāla medicīnas māsu darba procesā, nodrošinot pacientiem komandas darbā sniegto aprūpi. Svarīgi apzināties, ka pacients ir ne tikai māsu aprūpes objekts, bet arī līdzvērtīgs aprūpes dalībnieks. Liela nozīme ir tam, kā pacients vērtē aprūpes komandu un kā uztver savu līdzdalību aprūpes procesā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir - izpētīt spināla pacienta līdzdalību aprūpes procesā rehabilitācijas posmā.Izvirzīta hipotēze - spināla pacienta līdzdalība aprūpes procesā rehabilitācijas posmā ir nepietiekoša, motivācijas trūkuma dēļ. Pētniecības instruments - aptaujas anketa. Pētniecības metode - kvantitatīva pētniecības metode – aptauja. Iegūtie rezultāti - izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies daļēji. The topicality of the subject: author’s chosen subject is actual in the nursing process providing the patients the care given by the team work. It is important to realize the patient not only as nursing object, but also as equivalent nursing participant. The patient’s view of the assessment of the care team work and his own participation in the nursing process has great importance. The aim of the master thesis is to research the participation of the spinal patient in the rehabilitation phase of the nursing process.The hypothesis: the participation of the spinal patient in the rehabilitation phase of the nursing process is insufficient because of the lack of motivation. The research tool: questionnaire. The research method – the quantitative research method – survey. The results: the hypothesis is partly asserted.
