Abstract
Rezultāti: Darbā iegūtie rezultāti apstiprina, ka kritiskā fūziju frekvence pieaug nelineāri, atkarībā no stimula ekscentricitātes.
Secinājumi: Ja tiktu ņemts vērā redzes garozas palielinājums un ievērots Ricco likums, tiktu novērots, ka kritiskā fūziju frekvence uz perifēriju pieaug.
Atslēgas vārdi: Kritiskā fūziju frekvence, Mirgošana, Ergonomika.
Bachelor thesis contains 42 pages, 21 illustrations, 2 tables, 23 references to other sources. Purpose: to measure critical fusion frequency at different viewing angles. Subjects: three subjects, average age 27, all were emmetropes. Method: the subjects had to fix their gaze on a flickering stimulus. By using a potentiometer frequency was adjusted until flicker disappeared. Two directions (nasal and temporal) were tested for all subjects at five different heights in each direction. Amplitude of the measurements ranged from 0 to 36 cm. The experiment was carried out using the method of adjudtment. Results: the results obtained in the study confirm that critical fusion frequency changes in a non-linear manner as eccentricity of the stimulus is varied. Conclusions: if M-scaling of the visual cortex and Ricco law would be taken into account then critical fusion frequency would increase towards retinal periphery. Key words: critical fusion frequency, flickering, ergonomics.
