No žesta līdz vārdam: cilvēka neverbālās uzvedības atspoguļojums valodā

Abstract

Mēs dzīvojam intensīvas vizuālās komunikācijas laikmetā, kad cilvēka ķermenis tiek uzskatīts par spēcīgu izteiksmes līdzekli un vienu no galvenajiem komunikācijas kanāliem. Vēlme izprast šīs komunikācijas specifiku, sekojot tās funkcijām, zīmēm un simboliem, priekšplānā izvirza neverbālās komunikācijas problemātiku. Laika gaitā cilvēku žesti un cita cilvēka neverbālā uzvedība mainās, pārveidojas un pazūd. Cik lielā mērā un kādā kvalitātē neverbālās uzvedības iezīmes tiek saglabātas valodā? Šajā darbā tiek analizēta saikne starp neverbālās komunikācijas elementiem un to klātbūtni spāņu valodas sakāmvārdos un parunās. Pētījuma praktiskajā daļā veikta korpusa semiotiskā analīze, kā arī frazeoloģiskā analīze, kas balstīta neverbālās komunikācijas teorijā par ķermeņa valodu (kinesik), laika un telpas izpratni attiecīgajā kultūrā (proxemic, cronemic) un paralingvistikas lomu komunikācijā.

We live in the time of intensive visual communication when the human body is considered to be a powerful means of expression and one of the main communication channels. The desire to understand the specific nature of this communication, following its functions, signs and symbols brings to the fore problems of non-verbal communication. Human gestures as well other human nonverbal communication change over time, transform themselves and disappear. The question is the extent and quality in which features of nonverbal behavior are retained in the language. The present paper analyses the link between elements of nonverbal communication and their presence in Spanish proverbs and sayings. The semiotic as well as phraseological analysis of the corpus has been undertaken in the practical part of the research study on basis of the theory of body language (kinesik), the perception of time and space in the respective culture (proxemic, cronemic) and the role of paralinguistics in communication. The main research methods applied in the present research study include the critical analysis of research literature and the semiotic analysis.
