Noziedznieka personība

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Noziedznieka personība” tiek aplūkotas noziedznieka personību veidojošās teorijas bioloģiskā, psiholoģiskā un socioloģiskā virzienā. Bakalaura darba mērķis iepazīties ar noziedznieka personības teorijām un noteikt kura no noziedznieka personības kriminoloģiskajām teorijām ir attiecināma uz mūsdienu noziedznieku, konkrētu uzmanību vēršot uz tiem noziedzniekiem, kas noziedzīgu darbību ir veikuši Latvijas Republikas teritorijā. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, darbā izmantota empīriskā metode –analizēti un apkopoti Latvijas Republikas tiesu nolēmumos iekļautie noziedznieka personības raksturojumi.

Bachelor's „The personality of the criminal person” thesis deals with the personality-building theories of the criminal in the biological, psychological and sociological direction. The purpose of the Bachelor's paper is to get acquainted with the personality theories of the criminal and determine which of them is attributable to contemporary criminals paying particular attention to those criminals who have committed criminal activity in the territory of the Republic of Latvia. In order to achieve the goal, the empirical method was used – analyzed and summarized the characteristics of the personality of the offender included in court decisions of the Republic of Latvia.
