Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir “Ieguldījumi cilvēkkapitālā kā valsts attīstības priekšnoteikums”. Darbā aktualitāti var pamatot ar to, ka ieguldījumi cilvēkkapitalā kļuva par mūsdienās, attīstītas valsts uzdevumu № 1. Darbā ir izpētīti cilvēkkapitāla veidošanas nosacījumi, problēmas, kas ir saistīti ar cilvēkkapitālu, ka arī investīciju cilvēkkapitāla rentabilitāte. Darba mērķis ir apskatīt cilvēkkapitala iespējamo ietekmi uz valsts ekonomisko stāvokli un valsts attīstību. Darbā ir raksturoti ieguldījumu cilvēkkapitāla veidi un atdeve no tiem. Darbā, dažādu procesu raksturošanai ir izmantota salīdzināšanas, analītiskā, grafiskās attēlošanas un statistiskā metodes, tabulas, grafiki. Autors sniedz, savu novērtējumu un secinājumus par paveikto darbu un darba uzdevumu iespējamos risinājumus, priekšlikumus. Bakalaura darba veiktais pētījums pamatojas uz zinātnisko literatūru. The theme of the bachelor work is "Investments in the human capital as precondition of the country development”. The urgency of the work can be grounded that investments to the human capital became the objective Nr 1 for the modern, developed country. There are examined conditions of the human capital creation, problems that are related with human capital and also with the investment in the human capital profitability. The goal of the work is to examine potential human capital influence on the country economical state and its development. There are described kinds of the investments in the human capital and its efficiency. Here in the work are used collation, analytical method, graphical and statistical methods, diagram and table for description of the different process. Author gives his evaluation and conclusions of the work and possible solutions of the problems, suggestions. The research of the bachelor work is based on the scientific literature.
