Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Materiālo plūsmu vadīšana mazumtirdzniecībā”.

Maģistra darbā ir izpētīta uzņēmuma SIA „Rimi Latvia” materiālo plūsmu vadīšanas process, kura ietvaros autors pievēršas gan teorētiskam, gan praktiskam pētījumam.

Maģisitra darba „Materiālo plūsmu vadīšana mazumtirdzniecībā” mērķis ir izpētīt SIA „Rimi Latvia” preču piegādes procesu, atklāt tā nepilnības un izstrādāt rekomendācijas sadales pilnveidošanai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām. Pirmajā tiek pētīta loģistikas un sadales tīkla procesi un vadīšanas principi, kā arī tiek pētīta mazumtirgotāja loma sadales kanālā. Otrajā daļā autors izpēta materiālo plūsmu plānošanas sistēmas principus. Trešajā nodaļā tika izpētīts sadales process SIA „Rimi Latvia”, savukārt darba ceturtajā nodaļā autors ir izpētījis preču pasūtīšanas sistēmu SIA „Rimi Latvia”, izanalizēja sistēmas darbības efektivitātes rādītājus un ekspertu sniegtās atbildes intervijas ietvaros.

Kopumā maģistra darbs sastāv no 106 lapaspuses, kopējais tabulu skaits ir 6 tabulas un kopējais attēlu skaits ir 29 attēli. Darbam ir pievienoti 16 pielikumi.

Maģistra darbā izstrādātās rekomendācijas izmantojamas uzņēmuma SIA „Rimi Latvia” materiālo plūsmu plānošanas sistēmas darbības efektivitātes paaugstināšanai.

The subjet of the diploma paper is „Material flow management in retailing”. In the diploma paper there is investigated material flow management in the retailing company SIA „Rimi Latvia” according to theoretic and practical analysis. The purpose of the diploma paper „Material flow management in retailing” is to explore the product supply process in the retailing company SIA „Rimi Latvia”, find out the imperfections and to elaborate recomendations for the process developement. The diploma paper consists of the four chapters. In the first chapter there will be analysed the logistic’s and supply process’ management principles, as well as retailing role in a supply chain. In the second part there will be the principles of the material flow planning system analysed. The third chapter is dedicated to the supply process analys in the SIA „Rimi Latvia”. In the last chapter there will be the exper interview and the information aggregation made. The diploma paper consists of the 106 pages, 6 tables, 29 images and 16 enclosures.
