Kvazistatisku atmosfēras piesārņojuma līmeņu kompleksā analīze un modelēšana

Abstract

Promocijas darbā ir analizēti atmosfēras piesārņojuma līmeņi Rīgā, novērtējot atsevišķu un kompleksu meteoroloģisko parametru ietekmi. Darbā apkopota un kompleksi analizēta atmosfēras piesārņojuma līmeņa veidošanās rosinošo faktoru nozīme; veikta faktoru analīze Rīgas pilsētai ar tālāku mērķi rezultātus izmantot prognostiska modeļa izstrādē; prognostiskie modeļi tiek pārbaudīti eksperimentāli, izstrādājot īstermiņa un ilgtermiņa atmosfēras piesārņojuma līmeņa prognozes atbilstoši meteoroloģisko apstākļu prognozēm un piesārņojuma uzkrāšanās procesiem. Šāda analīze sniedz priekšstatu par būtisko – galvenajiem atmosfēras piesārņojuma līmeņa ietekmes faktoriem, cēloņiem un kritērijiem, tādējādi veicinot atmosfēras piesārņojuma prognožu izstrādi.

This work covers the generalization and ensemble analysis of the factors fostering the formation of pollution, with the utmost target to elaborate a prediction model based on the results obtained and based on the regularities identified, short- and long-range pollution forecasts have been worked out, experimental forecasting models tested to produce short-and long- range pollution forecasts by employing meteorological forecasts and the processes fostering accumulation of pollutants. In turn, an ensemble analysis of the concentrations, geographical and meteorological parameters gives an insight in the cause-and-effect relationship; the analysis gives an account of factors causing or effecting the ambient air pollution and their criteria. The city of Riga for the ensemble analysis and modelling has been selected.
