Abstract
Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir saprast un noskaidrot no zinātniskiem avotiem un citiem statistikas datiem, kā ir mainījušās e-komercijas tendences pirms un pēc Covid-19 pandēmijas. Noskaidrot kā ir mainījušies patērētāju iepirkšanās paradumi un patērētāju uzvedība pēc Covid-19 pandēmijas ietekmes. Pētījums koncentrējas uz e-komerciju patērētāju paradumu un uzvedības maiņām, e-komercijas izaicinājumiem pirms un pēc Covid-19 pandēmijas, kā arī uz e-komercijas veidiem pagātnē un līdz šim. Darbs ietver zinātnisku avotu pārskatus par e-komerciju aktualitātēm un iespējamām izmaiņām saistībā ar Covid-19 pandēmiju. Analīze tiks veikta balstoties uz kvantitatīvajām un kvalitatīvajām pētījuma metodēm ar kuru palīdzību varēs secināt, kāda ir patērētāju paradumu maiņa pēc šīs Covid-19 pandēmijas un, kā mainījās e-komercijas tendences un tirgus kopumā.
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to understand and determine from scientific sources and other statistical data how e-commerce tendencies have changed before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. It explores how consumer shopping habits and behavior have shifted due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The study focuses on changes in consumer habits and behavior in e-commerce, the challenges of e-commerce before and after the pandemic, as well as the different types of e-commerce in the past and up to the present. The thesis includes reviews of scientific sources on the latest developments in e-commerce and potential changes related to the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis will be based on quantitative and qualitative research methods, which will allow conclusions to be drawn about how consumer habits have changed after the pandemic and how the e-commerce market has evolved overall.
