Pedagogu darba kvalitātes vērtēšana pirmskolā.

Abstract

Pētījuma ,,Pedagogu darba kvalitātes vērtēšana pirmsskolā” mērķis ir noskaidrot valsts politiku un izglītības iestāžu pieredzi pirmsskolas pedagogu darba kvalitātes vērtēšanā un izstrādāt pedagogu darba kvalitātes vērtēšanas sistēmu un novērtēšanas kritērijus pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Darbā apskatīta vadītāja loma un funkcijas darba kvalitātes novērtēšanas procesā, motivācija kā būtisks faktors pedagoga darba kvalitātes paaugstināšanā, pirmsskolas izglītības skolotāja darba specifika un darba samaksas nosacījumi. Tiek apskatīti trīs pedagoga darba kvalitātes novērtēšanas veidi – pedagoga pašnovērtējums, komisijas un vecāku vērtējums. Praktiskajā pētījumā aptaujāti pirmsskolas izglītības iestāžu skolotāji, vadītāji un vecāki, izstrādāts darba kvalitātes vērtēšanas komisijas nolikums, pedagogu darba kvalitātes vērtēšanas kartes.

The aim of the research “Evaluation of preschool teachers’ performance” is to study the state policy and the practical experience concerning the evaluation of teachers’ performance and to work out the evaluation system and the standards of the preschool teachers’ performance. Paper deals with the management role in teacher evaluation, considers the motivation as an essential factor to improve teacher performance and discusses the particularities of the terms of the preschool teacher job and allowance. The practical part deals with inquiry for teachers, directors and parents of the kindergartens. The regulations of the evaluating commission, the Code of the Conduct; the evaluation cards of the teachers’ performance devised for the teachers and parents have been developed based on the studies of the literature and questionnaires.
