Abstract
Bakalaura darbā "SIA "Statoil Fuel & Retail Latvia" komunikācijas sociālajos medijos; klientu uzrunāšana un uzklausīšana" tika pētīta uzņēmuma komunikācija sociālajos tīklos - komunicēšanas veids, identificējot sociālo tīklu lietotāju viedokli par to.
Darba mērķis izpētīt „Statoil” komunikāciju sociālajos medijos un secinājumus piedāvāt kā ierosinājumus uzņēmuma komunikācijas pilnveidošanai.
Darba teorētisko daļu veido nodaļas par Gruniga sabiedrisko attiecību komunikācijas modeļiem, sociālo tīklu komunikāciju - pielietošanu uzņēmumos, sociālo tīklu kritērijiem, iekšējo komunikāciju un klientu uzrunāšanu.
Pētījuma daļā tika izmantota intervija ar uzņēmuma pārstāviem, sociālo mediju satura kontentanalīze un sociālo tīklu lietotāju auditorijas aptauja.
Secināts, ka uzņēmums sociālajos tīklos izmanto vienvirziena komunikācijas modeli, taču raksturīgas arī divvirzienu modeļa iezīmes.

The following Bachelor Thesis "SIA "Statoil Fuel & Retail Latvia" Communication Within the Frame of Social Sites; the Addressing and Attending of the Customers" studies the communication in the social sites as well as the ways and means the enterprise engages in the communication thus identifying the opinion of people who are using the social sites. The goal of Bachelor Paper is to study the communication of "Statoil" in the social media, offer the drawn conclusions as propositions for improvement of communication. Theoretical part consists of chapters - the Grunig's models of public relation’s, the communication of social sites, the application of social sites in the enterprises, the criteria of social sites, the inner communication, the addressing of clients. On the subject of practical part, the interview, the content analysis of social media, the survey for users of social sites. Key words: "Statoil", "social sites", "the strategy of communication"
