Abstract
Bakalaura darbs veltīts problēmu un nepilnību izpētei darba laika regulējumā Latvijā. Darba tiesiskās attiecības un to regulējums tiek bieži mainīts, jo darba tiesības atrodas nepārtraukti mainīgā vidē. Globālas pārmaiņas, mainīga uzņēmumu saimniekošanas vide, nepārtrauktas tirgus izmaiņas, inovatīvas metodes un citas lietas, kas notiek Latvijā un pasaulē, cieši skar arī darba tiesību regulējumu un tā mainīgumu. Darba laiks cieši ietekmē darbiniekus, darba devējus, uzņēmējdarbību un valsts ekonomiku kopumā, tāpēc pētāmais temats ir aktuāls šobrīd un būs aktuāls izpētes objekts arī nākotnē. Darba nodaļās apskatīts darba laika jēdziens, tā veidi un darba laika organizācija, kā arī pētītas problēmas un izteikti autores ieteikumi.
Bachelor thesis is devoted to research problems and flaws of working time regulation in Latvian. Labor relations and the regulation is often changed because of constantly changeable environment in labor law. Globalization, business environment evolution, market changes, innovative methods and other things going on in Latvian and in the world closely affects the labor law framework and its variability. Working hours closely affects employees, employers, business and the national economy as a whole, so the researched subject is topical at the moment and will be an actual subject of research in the future as well. Chapters consists of working time concept description, its types and description of the organization of working time, as well as problem research and author's recommendations in regulation improvements.
