Abstract
Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt apsardzes nozares stāvokli Latvijā un dot vispārēju ieskatu par nozarē sastopamajiem riskiem, pētīt psihoemocionālo un ergonomisko risku ietekmi uz apsardzes darbinieku darbspējām un izstrādāt praktiskās rekomendācijas darba vides risku novēršanai. Īpaša uzmanība tika veltīti ergonomisko un psihoemocionālo risku novērtējumam apsardzes darbiniekiem un to saistībai ar citiem riskiem.
The purpose of the Master’s Thesis is to investigate condition of the security area in Latvia and to provide general insight into the risks met in the area, to research impact of the psycho-emotional and ergonomic risks on working ability of the security officers, and to develop practical recommendations for prevention of labour environment risks Special attention is paid to assessment of ergonomic and psycho-emotional risks of security officers and their relation to other risks.
