Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Motivācijas pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA Iepirkuma grupa veikalu tīklā ”top!””. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmumā SIA Iepirkumu grupa veikalu tīklā "top!" īstenotos motivācijas pasākumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus to uzlabošanai. Noteiktais mērķis ietver šādus uzdevumus: motivācijas teoriju raksturojumu, uzņēmuma darbinieku motivācijas pasākumu praktiskas izpētes veikšanu, aptaujas veikšanu galveno motivatoru un demotivatoru identificēšanai, secinājumu apkopošanu un priekšlikumus pilnveidošanai.
The topic of the bachelor work is “Opportunities for enhancing the motivation of the company Iepirkuma grupa in the store chain 'top!' The aim of this study is to examine the motivation implemented in the "top!" store chain of SIA “Iepirkumu grupa” and to develop proposals for its improvement. The stated goal involves the following objectives: compiling motivation theories, conducting a practical study of the company's employee motivation measures, conducting a survey to identify the main motivators and demotivators, summarizing conclusions, and making proposals for improvement
