Abstract

Šis darbs ir pētījums par Antona Čehova stāsta "Atriebība" ekranizāciju (režisore Irina Poplavska, 1960. gads). Filma "Atriebība" ir tieša adaptācija. Darbā analizētas izmaiņas, kas veiktas Poplavskajas kino adaptācijā, salīdzinājumā ar oriģinālo tekstu. Tiek vērtēta oriģināla teksta satura un idejas pārneses precizitāte, kā arī aktiermākslas un režijas kvalitāte. Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka režisores Poplavskas kino adaptācija ir pietiekami precīza, un tā atspoguļo oriģinālteksta saturu un idejas. Tomēr ir izmaiņas, kas var ietekmēt A.Čehova stāsta interpretāciju.

This work is a study of the film adaptation of Anton Chekhov's "Revenge," directed by Irina Poplavskaya in 1960. The film "Revenge" is a direct adaptation of Chekhov's story. The work analyzes the changes made in the adaptation by Poplavskaya in comparison to the original text. The accuracy of transferring the meaning and idea of the original work, as well as the quality of acting and directing are evaluated. The results of the study indicate that director Poplavskaya's adaptation of "Revenge" was made quite accurately, and conveys the meaning and ideas of the original work. However, there were changes that could have affected the interpretation of the work.
