Metodiskā darba organizēšana un izvērtēšana skolā.

Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Metodiskā darba organizēšana un izvērtēšana skolā” aplūkoti jautājumi par metodiskā darba organizēšanu valsts, pašvaldības un skolas līmenī, kā arī metodisko komisiju darbības izvērtēšanu, balstoties uz skolu darba kvalitātes izvērtēšanu akreditācijas procesā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt skolas metodiskā darba organizēšanas un izvērtēšanas iespējas, veidojot priekšlikumus darba uzlabošanai. Pētījuma ietveros tika izstrādāti skolas metodisko komisiju darbības izvērtēšanas kritēriji. Balstoties uz izvērtēšanas kritērijiem tika izstrādāta un veikta metodisko komisiju vadītāju un skolotāju aptauja. Aptaujas rezultātā iegūts skolas metodiskā darba izvērtējums, izstrādāti ieteikumi metodiskā darba pilnveidei. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām, 11 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pētījumā gūtie dati atspoguļoti attēlos. This Masterwork is named “Organisation and evaluation of the methodical work at school”. There are examined issues on methodological organisation of work at the level of state, local municipality and schools as well as evaluation of work of methodological commissions based on assessment of quality of school performance during the process of accreditation. The goal of the Masterwork is to examine opportunities of organisation and assessment of methodological work at school as well as to provide suggestions to improve the above mentioned processes. During the research criteria for assessment of work of methodological commissions of schools were elaborated. Based on evaluation criteria, an opinion survey was conducted among teachers and chairs of methodological commission. The assessment of methodological work of the school was obtained according to the survey results as well as recommendations were elaborated in order to improve methodological work. The Masterwork consists of preface, 3 chapters, 11 sub-chapters, summary and proposals. The data acquired during the research process also are illustrated.
