Latvijas zvērinātu tiesu izpildītāju disciplinārā atbildība un tās piemērošana prakse 2014. gadā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā pētītas Latvijas zvērinātu tiesu izpildītāju disciplinārās atbildības pamati, disciplinārlietu izskatīšanas kārtība kontekstā ar disciplinārkomisijā 2014. gadā izskatītājām disciplinārlietām. Bakalaura darba tēma patreiz Latvijā ir aktuāla un saistīta ar problemātiku tiesu izpildītāju darbībā.

Izvirzītais darba mērķis ir apzināt zvērinātu tiesu izpildītāju institūta attīstību, disciplinārās atbildības regulējumu Latvijā no teorētiskā un praktiskā aspekta, piedāvāt priekšlikumus, lai samazinātu sūdzību skaitu, tādā veidā panāktu sabiedrības uzticību tiesu izpildītāju institūtam.

Darba autore secinājusi, ka nepieciešami grozījumi normatīvajos aktos un nepieciešamas izmaiņas tiesu izpildītāju disciplinārlietu izskatīšanai praksē.

The basis of the disciplinary liability of sworn bailiffs of Latvia and the procedure of consideration of the disciplinary cases in the context of the disciplinary cases considered at the Disciplinary Commission in 2014 are researched in the Bachelor Paper. The topic of the Bachelor Paper is essential at the present moment in Latvia and related to the problems in the activities of the bailiffs. The purpose of the Bachelor Paper is to get acquainted with the development of the institution of sworn bailiffs and the regulation of the disciplinary liability in Latvia from the theoretical and practical point of view and to offer proposals in order to reduce the number of complains and to obtain the trust of the society to the bailiffs.

The author has concluded that amendments to the legislation are required, as well as changes to the consideration of disciplinary cases of bailiffs in practice.
