Pedagogu darba motivācijas pilnveide Aknīstes vidusskolā

Abstract

Autores darba mērķis ir izvērtēt Aknīstes vidusskolas skolotāju darba motivāciju un to ietekmējošos faktorus, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus skolas pedagogu motivācijas pilnveidei. Bakalaura darbu veido 3 nodaļas – teorētiskais apskats par personāla motivēšanas būtību, informācijas par skolotāju profesijas specifiku un pētnieciskā daļa kurā izmantotas 2 kvantitatīvās metodes – anketēšana un intervija. Noslēgumā autore ir sniegusi savus secinājumus un priekšlikumus par Aknīstes vidusskolas skolotāju motivācijas uzlabošanas iespējām. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 61 lappuse, ievietoti 13 attēli un pievienoti 5 pielikumi.

The aim of this term paper is to evaluate the work motivation of teachers working at Akniste High School, state the factors that influence it and give suggestions for advancing teachers' motivation. The diploma paper consists of three parts. The first is theoretical part about the motivation of personnel, the second part includes information about the specifics of teacher’s profession, and the third part is a research that was developed using two methods - surveying and interviewing. At the end of this paper, the author has given her conclusions and suggestions on how to improve teachers’ motivation at Akniste High School. The volume of the paper is 61 pages with 13 figures and 5 annexes.
