Darba attiecību nodibināšanas tiesiskie aspekti

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir Darba attiecību nodibināšanas tiesiskie aspekti. Darbā ir pētīta un analizēta darba tiesisko attiecību nodibināšanas kārtība, īpaši šīs kārtības regulējošās tiesību normas. Lai to noskaidrotu, darbā ir aplūkoti šo attiecību subjekti darba devējs un darbinieks, kuriem Darba likumā ir dota definīcija. Darbā detalizētāk aplūkotas darba tiesisko attiecību nodibināšanas stadijas - darba sludinājumi, darba intervijas. Tālāk darbā aplūkota darba līguma noslēgšanas sagatavošana, bet trešajā nobeiguma nodaļā autore devusi vērtējumu darba līguma formas regulējumam likumā un tā ievērošanai praksē.

The theme of thesis is „Legal aspects of employment establishment”. The order of employment establishment especially the legislative norms regulating establishment are studied and analyzed in this work. Attention is paid to the subjects of those relationships: employer and employee as defined in Labor law. There is detailed attention paid to the phases of employment establishment: job interviews, advertisements, preparations for conclusion of contract of employment and in third part there are assessment of the form of contract of employment in the law and to adherence to this in practice.
