Abstract
Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot dažādu potcelmu ietekmi uz anatomisko struktūru
veidošanos potējuma saaugšanas laikā. Šī mērķa īstenošanai izmantoja četrus dažādus
potcelmus uz kuriem potēja vienas šķirnes potzaru. Lai novērotu anatomisko struktūru
attīstību, konkrētās dienās pēc potēšanas, ievāca paraugus anatomiskajai izpētei.
Visiem eksperimenta variantiem novēroja pirmos saaugšanas etapus – nekrotiskā slāņa
veidošanos, kallusa un kambija tilta izveidei. Divos variantos novēroja arī vadaudu
diferencēšanās sākumu kallusa masā starp potējuma partneriem. Viens no pārbaudītajiem
potcelmiem uzrādīja uzskatāmi labākas saaugšanas potenciāla iezīmes un viens – sliktākas.
Pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus ir iespējams izmantot kvalitatīva potcelma izvēlei.
The purpose of this research was to determine different rootstock effects on anatomical structure development during the graft formation. One scion cultivar was grafted on four different rootstocks. Samples were gathered on certain days during a period of one month after grafting to observe the development of anatomical structures in the graft interface. First stages of graft union formation were observed in all used samples. Beginning of tracheary element formation was observed in two specimens. One of the studied rootstocks showed considerably positive features, while another showed notably negative tendencies. The results of this study can be used to assist choosing a qualitative rootstock.
