Personāla vadības pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA „XXX”

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: “Personāla vadības pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA “XXX”. Bakalaura darba mērķis: veicot organizācijas izpēti, izstrādāt ieteikumus uzņēmuma SIA „XXX” personālvadībai par personāla darba efektivitātes uzlabošanu. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi ir: 1) analizēt literatūru par organizāciju, tās stratēģiju, mērķiem, personālvadību un pārmaiņām organizācijā, 2) aplūkot teorijas par darbinieku apmierinātību un motivāciju, 3) izstrādāt rekomendācijas personālvadības uzlabošanai, lai paaugstinātu personāla efektivitāti. Pētījums veikts laika periodā no 2006.gada decembrim līdz 2007.gada martam . Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 80 lapaspusēm, tajā ir 20 attēli. Bakalaura darba izstrādei izmantoti 29 literatūras avoti, aptaujāti 49 darbinieki, kur tika izmantota anketa ar 36 jautājumiem.

Theme of Bachelor degree work – „Improvement of Human Resource Management in Company “XXX”. Bachelor degree work objective is to develop a suggestion to employer to improve the human resource management by researching the company. Bachelor degree work aims are: 1)to analyse the literature on the company, its strategy, aims, human resource management and internal changes in the company; 2)to examine the theory of comfort and motivation of an employee; 3)to develop a suggestions of human resource management improvement to elevate the affectivity of staff. Research made between December 2006 to March 2007. Bachelor degree work consists of 80 pages, 20 pictures. Book selection of 29 articles used, 49 employees interviewed, using the inquiry of 36 questions.
