Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Krājumu pārvaldība uzņēmumā SIA “German Products Baltics”” Maģistra darba mērķis ir veikt uzņēmuma SIA „German Products Baltics” krājumu procedūru, sastāva un optimizācijas izpēti un analīzi, un pamatojoties uz šiem pētījuma rezultātiem sniegt priekšlikumus krājumu pārvaldības pilnveidošanai. Darba temats ir aktuāls, jo katram uzņēmumam, kurš darbojas vairumtirdzniecības nozarē, svarīgākais aspekts, lai notiktu saimniecisks darījums un uzņēmums varētu gūt peļņu, ir krājumu esamība un to optimālais nodrošinājums. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem un izmantotās literatūras avotiem. Pirmajā nodaļā ir apkopota teorētiskā informācija, otrajā nodaļā ir aprakstīts uzņēmuma raksturojums, procedūru un inventarizācijas izpēte, bet trešajā nodaļā veikti aprēķini krājumu zudumiem un krājumu optimizācijas iespējām. Darba apjoms ir 81 lapa, tajā iekļauti 12 attēli un 14 tabulas. Darbā izmantoti 35 literatūras avoti. Atslēgvārdi – krājumi, noliktava, inventarizācija, izmaksas, optimizācija.

The topic of the Master's thesis is „ Stock management in company “German Products Baltics” LTD ”. The objective of Master's work is to to carry out companies "German Products Baltics" stock procedures, research and analyze stock structure and optimization, and based on these study results give proposals to improve inventory management. Subject of the work is actual, because each company which are working in wholesale, the most important asset is stock and it’s quantity, so the company could organize it’s business and to make profit. Master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, proposals and references and sources. The first chapter summarizes the theoretical information, the second section is about company itself, procedures and stock inventory and the third chapter is calculated stocks losses and possibilities to optimize stock quantities. The amount of work is 81 page, includes 12 images and 14 table. The study uses 35 sources. Keywords – stocks, warehouse, inventory, expenses, optimization.
