Sociālo pakalpojumu pieejamība senioriem Gulbenes novadā

Abstract

Pētījuma tēma ir par sociālo pakalpojumu pieejamību senioriem un pētījuma mērķis ir pētīt, kāda ir sociālo pakalpojumu pieejamība senioriem Gulbenes novadā. Pētījuma teorētiskā bāze balstās uz ekoloģisko sistēmu teoriju un spēka perspektīvu, kā arī uz pētījumā izmantoto jēdzienu un sociālo pakalpojumu skaidrojumu. Pētījums ir kvalitatīvs gadījuma pētījums, kurā kā datu vākšanas metodes izmantotas daļēji strukturētās intervijas un viena ekspertintervija. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā tiek veikta interviju analīze, izmantojot tematiskās analīzes metodi. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj problēmas sociālo pakalpojumu pieejamībā senioriem un to iespējamos risinājumus senioru sociālo problēmu risināšanā, aktivizējot vietējo kopienu un nevalstisko sektoru.

The research topic is about the Social service availability for seniors and the aim of the study is to study the accessibility of social services for seniors in the Gulbene Municipality. The objective of the studies is to research the state of local social service availability for seniors. The theoretical base of the research is predicated on the ecological system theory, strength perspective, and terminology and social services explanations stated in the studies. The research is a qualitative case study that includes partially structured interviews and an one expert interview for data collection. In the empirical part of the research, interview analysis is performed using the thematic analysis method. Study results reveal the issues in social service availability and the potential solutions to said issues, enabling the local community and non-governmental sector.
