Abstract
Šajā maģistra darbā tiek pētītas litoterapijas metodes, lai veicinātu darbinieku emocionālo labsajūtu un produktivitāti darba vidē. Darba mērķis integrēt litoterapijas metodes darba vidē darbinieku labsajūtas un produktivitātes veicināšanai. Pētījuma ietvaros analizēti darbinieku produktivitātes un labsajūtas ietekmējošie faktori, kā arī litoterapijas vēsturiskie un mūsdienu pielietojumi. Empīriskā daļa ietver Latvijas darbinieku un darba devēju vērtējuma analīzi par emocionālo labsajūtu un litoterapijas pieejamību, izmantojot aptaujas metodi. Balstoties uz iegūtajiem datiem, tiek izstrādāts un pamatots projekta priekšlikums jauna pakalpojuma izveidei, detalizēti aprakstot tā ieviešanas procesus, priekšrocības, kā arī ekonomisko efektivitāti un riskus. Tiek izklāstīts projekta rokasgrāmatas saturs, kas ietver izstrādātu izpildes laika grafiku un uzdevumu grafiku projekta vadības laikā. Darba rezultātā autore izvirza praktiskus ieteikumus uzņēmumiem, kā integrēt litoterapiju darba vidē, veicinot darbinieku iesaisti un līdzsvarotu attieksmi pret šo alternatīvo terapiju.
This master's thesis explores literary therapy methods to promote employees' emotional well-being and productivity in the workplace. The objective of the study is to integrate literary therapy techniques into the work environment to enhance employee well-being and productivity. Within the research framework, factors influencing employee productivity and well- being are analyzed, along with the historical and contemporary applications of literary therapy. The empirical part includes an evaluation of Latvian employees and employers regarding emotional health and the availability of literary therapy, using survey methods. Based on the collected data, a project proposal is developed and justified for creating a new service, detailing its implementation processes, benefits, as well as economic efficiency and risks. The thesis outlines the contents of the project manual, including a detailed execution timeline and task schedule for project management. As a result, the author presents practical recommendations for companies on how to incorporate literary therapy into the workplace, promoting employee engagement and a balanced attitude towards this alternative therapy.
