Izpildes pamatrādītāju modelēšana un implementēšanas iespējas

Abstract

Nozīmīga loma organizācijas darbības uzlabošanā un novērtēšanā ieņem izpildes pamatrādītāji. Tie palīdz novērtēt organizācijas darbību mērot nodefinētos mērķus tādā veidā nosakot vai nodefinētie mērķi tiek sasniegti. Lai novērtētu organizācijas darbību, nepieciešams izveidot indikatoru modeli. Maģistra darbā “Izpildes pamatrādītāju modelēšana un implementēšanas iespējas” apskatītas literatūrā pieejamās izpildes pamatrādītāju modeļa izveidošanas metodes un izveidots indikatoru modelis izmantojot vienu no aprakstītajām modelēšanas metodēm. Pēc indikatora modelēšanas metožu apskata, maģistra darbā tika apskatīti biznesa informācijas rīki un to atbalsts indikatoru modeļa implementēšanā. Izveidotais indikatoru modelis daļēji tika implementēts izvēlētā biznesa informācijas rīkā.Key performance indicators have an important role in organization performance improvement and evaluation. These indicators measure important organization goals which impact organization performance. In order to measure most important goals of organization, it is necessary to create an indicator model. Master thesis “Key performance indicator modeling and implementation” include indicator modeling techniques un business intelligence tools and its support for indicator model implementation. After describing indicator modeling techniques and its implementation options in BI tools, author created indicator model choosing one of described modeling techniques and implemented created model in BI tool.
