Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma: „Procesu vadība SIA Flora”, autore: Inese Solovjakova.

Maģistra darba mērķis ir analizēt SIA Flora koka logu ražošanas procesu, atrast neatbilstības un dot priekšlikumus to novēršanai.

Maģistra darbu veido ievads, pētījums, kam seko secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Pētījuma izklāsts sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēta kvalitātes vadības teorija un prakse pamatojoties uz kvalitātes vadības pamatlicēju izvirzītajām metodēm. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēta kvalitātes vadības teoriju izmantošana praksē, apskatot un analizējot ISO standartus un kvalitātes vadības sistēmas. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēti SIA Flora procesu vadības kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori, kā arī veikta uzņēmuma procesu vadības, konkrētāk, koka logu ražošanas, analīze. Secinājumos darba autore atzīmē svarīgākās atziņas, iegūtās par katrā nodaļā veikto pētījumu, savukārt priekšlikumos SIA Flora vadībai darba autore sniedz ieteikumus, ar kādām metodēm var novērst fiksētās neatbilstības, kas novērotas koka logu ražošanas procesā.

Maģistra darba kopējais apjoms ir 141 lapaspuse. Kopā ir izveidoti 40 attēli, 22 tabulas un 15 pielikumi.

The theme of master’s paper:” Processes control in company Flora Ltd.”, author: Inese Solovjakova.

The aim of the master’s paper is to evaluate the effectiveness of manufacturing process of wooden windows in Flora Ltd., identify existing deficiencies in process and provide company’s management with advices on correction of deficiencies noticed. In the first part of the master’s paper the definition of quality is prescribed according to the vision of theory founders and marketing specialists and comparison of their opinions is given. Also the author of master’s paper gives an analysis to the works of theory founders form the point of view of nowadays actualities of process control in quality management systems. The second part gives analyze of ISO standards and quality management systems, indicating the importance of each system of quality. The third part is addressed to scientific exploration, that consist of the information about company, demonstrates its key performance indicators and analyses factors that affects the quality of process in company – management, resource management, equipment and customer base. Further the process of wooden windows manufacturing is described and given analyses to all subordinated activities to process in stage of input and output. The third part ends with analyze on level of client satisfaction and indicators of the amount of deficiencies noted.

The total size the master’s paper is 141 pages. There are 40 pictures, 22 charts and 15 addendums.
