AS “SEB BANK” finanšu stratēģijas pilnveide.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir AS “SEB Bankas” finanšu stratēģijas pilnveide. Pētījumā problēma paredz ekonomisko faktoru iestāšanos tādu, kā inflācija, procentu likme, politiskie apstākļi un globālā pandēmijas COVID-19 vīrus uzliesmojums, kas tika iniciēts ekonomiskajā tirgū 2022. gadā un tika secināts darba rezultātā ka ietekme ir gad negatīvā, gan arī pozitīvā analizējot AS “SEB Bankas” individuālos vērtspapīrus. Šādu ekonomisko efektu iestāšanos pazemina investoru noskaņojumu un ieinteresētību “SEB A” vērtspapīru ieguldījumos, kas pieprasa organizācijas papildus rīcības stratēģijas pilnveidošanai un organizācijas pielāgošanu esošajiem ekonomiskajiem apstākļiem. Darba mērķis izpētīt AS “SEB Bankas” jauno stratēģiju, jeb esošās stratēģijas pilnveidošanu balsosities un ekonomisku faktoru iestāšanos pret apskatāma objekta vērtspapīrā cenas pazemināšanu, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus. Teorētiskā darba ietvaros ir apskatīti biznesa stratēģijās pamati pret akciju vērtības mehānismiem, kur savstarpēji palīdzēja veikt analīzi otrajā daļā, izstrādāt ekonomisko faktoru analīzes grafikus un empīriskajā darba pētījumu kurš ir izveidots aptaujas metodes veidā spiedzos secinājumus un priekšlikumus atspoguļojot bakalaura darba aktualitāti un nepaciešamas rīcības no apskatāmas organizācijas. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the development of the financial strategy of SEB Bank AS. in the study, the problem foresees the occurrence of economic factors such as inflation, interest rate, political conditions and the outbreak of the global pandemic COVID-19 virus, which was initiated in the economic market in 2022 and it was concluded as a result of the work that the impact is both negative and positive by analysing the individual securities of SEB Bank AS. The occurrence of such economic effects lowers the investors' sentiment and interest in SEB A's securities investments, which requires the organisation to take additional actions to improve its strategy and adapt the organisation to the current economic conditions. The aim of the paper is to study the new strategy of "SEB Bank" JSC, or the improvement of the existing strategy in the face of the balosities and economic factors against the reduction of the price of the object under consideration in the security, to draw conclusions and make proposals. Within the theoretical work the basics of business strategies against the mechanisms of share value are considered, where mutually helped to carry out the analysis in the second part, to develop the charts of the analysis of economic factors and in the empirical work research which is created in the form of a survey method I forced the conclusions and proposals reflecting the relevance of the bachelor thesis and impending actions from the organization under review.
