Abstract
Bakalaura darbā sniegts teorētiskais pamatojums par vides pārvaldības sistēmām, to veidiem, kā arī apskatīta vides pārvaldības sistēmu attīstība un pielietojums Latvijā un pasaulē.
Darbā ir analizētas divas galvenās vides pārvaldības sistēmas: ISO 14000 standartu kopa un Vides Pārvaldības un Audita Shēma jeb EMAS.
Bakalaura darba izstrādāšanas gaitā pētītas vides pārvaldības sistēmas ieviešanas iespējas cementa ražošanas uzņēmumam SIA „EKSIM TRANS”.

Bachelor works title is “Environmental Management System Assessment in Eksim Transs Ltd”. Work describes theoretical basis for environmental management systems, their types, as well as deals with environmental management systems in Latvia and abroad. The paper analyzes two most common basic environmental management systems: ISO 14000 set of standards and the Environmental Management and Audit Scheme or EMAS.
