Skolēnu karjeras izglītības atbalsta veidošanas iespējas skolā.

Abstract

Vispārizglītojošajā skolā skolēniem būtu jāsaņem atbalsts karjeras izglītībā, kas palīdzētu turpmākajā karjeras plānošanā. Darba mērķis bija noteikt skolēnu vajadzības karjeras izglītības atbalsta saņemšanā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tā sniegšanai skolā. Tika veikts pētījums, kurā noskaidroti dažādu Latvijas skolu devīto un divpadsmito klašu skolēnu viedokļi par karjeras plānošanu, faktoriem, kuri to iespaido un palīdzību, kas skolēniem vajadzīga. Kā liecina pētījuma rezultāti, galvenais darbs karjeras izglītībā veicams pamatskolā, un tajā jāiesaista ģimenes. Balstoties uz teorētisko materiālu par karjeru un karjeras izglītību izskatīšanā iegūto informāciju un pētījuma rezultātiem, ir izstrādāti priekšlikumi, kā skolā pilnveidot karjeras izglītības atbalsta sniegšanu un palīdzēt skolēniem pieņemt viņu nākotnei svarīgus lēmumus.

The students of comprehensive schools are supposed to get support in career education in order to make their further career building. The purpose of this work was to set the needs of the students to get the career education support and work out the suggestions for school. The research has been carried out to clarify the views of students of classes 9 and 12 in different Latvian schools concerning the career planning, the factors influencing it and the needed support. As it is shown by the results of the research the main work should be done at basic school and even more the students’ families should be involved. Based on the theoretical material concerning career and career education as well the results of the research, the suggestions how to improve the support in career education at school and how to help students to make their decisions have been worked out.
