Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats: Patversmes pacientu sadarbība ar māsu aprūpes nodrošināšanā Temata aktualitāte saistīta ar apstākli, ka Rīgā patversmēs tiek nodrošinātas sociālās gultas pacientiem, kas paredz ilgtermiņa un paliatīvu aprūpi. Latvijā nav veikti pētījumi par patversmes pacientu aprūpi kā holistisku procesu. Pētījuma mērķis: pētīt patversmes pacientu sadarbību ar māsu aprūpes nodrošināšanā. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 6. Pētīt literatūru par patversmes pacientu aprūpes nodrošinājumu un vajadzībām; 7. Analizēt M. Levinas māszinību teorijas pielietojumu patversmes pacientu aprūpē; 8. Pētīt sadarbības lomu māsu darbā ar patversmes pacientiem; 9. Veikt māsu un patversmes pacientu intervijas par sadarbības aspektiem holistiskas aprūpes procesā patversmē; 10. Apkopot pētījuma rezultātus un izstrādāt ieteikumus māsām par sadarbības pilnveides iespējām holistiskas aprūpes nodrošināšanā patversmes pacientiem. Pētījuma jautājums: Kādi māsas un pacienta sadarbības aspekti ir nozīmīgi holistiskas aprūpes nodrošināšanā patversmes pacientiem? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvs pētījums, izmantojot intervijas. Pētījuma rezultāti Māsām patversmē ir svarīgas plašas zināšanas aprūpē, tai skaitā par dažādām infekcijas un parazitārām slimībām, endokrīnam un elpošanas sistēmas slimībām, sirds asinsvadu slimībām, kā arī psihiatrijā un psiholoģijā, kas ļautu ne tikai veikt tiešos aprūpes pienākumus, bet arī sniegt pacientiem izsmeļošu informāciju par attiecīgo slimību norisi un aprūpes īpatnībām. Galvenie kavējošie aspekti ir pacientu negatīvā pieredze, atkarības, asociāla uzvedība, kas aprūpes procesu padara sadrumstalotu un mazina tā efektiviāti. Bachelor thesis topic: Shelter patient cooperation with nurses in providing care Relevance of the topic is related to the fact that in shelters in Riga social beds are provided for patients and it includes long-term palliative care. There was no research conducted about care of shelter patiens as a holistic process. Goal of the research: to study the shelter patient cooperation with nurses in providing care. Research tasks: 1. To study the literature about the shelter patients care provision and needs; 2. To analyze the application of M.Levin’s theory of nursing in shelter patients care; 3. To study the importance of cooperation in the work of nurses with shelter patients; 4. To conduct interviews with nurses and shelter patients regarding the cooperation aspects in the holistic process in the shelter; 5. To summarize the results of the research and to develop recommendations for nurses on the possibilities of improving cooperation in providing holistic care to shelter patients. Research question: What aspects of nurse-patient collaboration are important in providing holistic care to shelter patients? Research method: qualitative research using interviews Research results Nurses have an important knowledge of care in the shelter, including about various infectious and parasitic diseases, endocrine and respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, as well as psychiatry and psychology, which allows them not only to perform direct care responsibilities, but also to provide patients with comprehensive information regarding the course of the disease and care specificities. The main obstacles are the negative experience of patients, addictions, antisocial behavior, which makes the care process fragmented and reduces its effectiveness.
