Abstract
Elementu kvantificēšana parastās priedes (Pinus sylvestris) koksnes gadskārtās, izmantojot LA-ICP/MS. Pārpuce S., darba vadītājs- Dr.ķīm. Rudoviča V. bakalaura darbs, 39 lappuses, 23 attēli, 6 tabulas, 27 literatūras avoti, 2 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā.
Darbā apkopota informācija par metālisko elementu pētīšanas iespējām koku gadskārtās, izmantojot LA un ICP/MS iekārtas. Aprakstīta LA-ICP/MS un ICP/MS aparātu darbība, un šo metožu priekšrocības. Apkopota informācija par metālisko elementu saturu priedes koksnē un tās sagatavošanu elementu masas koncentrācijas noteikšanai.
Eksperimentālajā daļā noskaidroti piemērotākie LA iekārtas darbības parametri – jauda, lāzera izdedzinātā laukuma diametrs, lāzera darbības atkārtojumu skaits - metālisko elementu kvantificēšanai celulozes matricā. Ir veikti mērījumi, Silavas 2. līmeņa biomonitoringa laukuma ņemtajos, koksnes paraugos gan ar LA, gan ICP/MS analīzes metodēm. Izvērtēti un izanalizēti iegūtie rezultāti.
Quantification of elements in Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) wood`s tree rings using LA-ICP/MS. Parpuce S., scientific adviser Dr.chem. In a work is covered information about metalic elements, their investegation possibility in a tree rings using LA and ICP/MS equipment. Also described about LA-ICP-MS and ICP/MS operation and these methods benefits. Summarized information about metalic elements content in a pine wood and its preparation for element mass concentration determination. In experimental part observed LA equipment most apropiate working parameters – laser power, burned spots diameter, laser operation repetition number, for quantification of metalic elements in a cellulose matric.. From the Silavas 2. level biomonitoring area taken wood`s samples performed measurements both with LA and ICP/MS methods of analysis. The obtained results evaluated and analysed.
