Lopbarības ietekme uz govs piena ķīmisko sastāvu

Abstract

Darbā ir apskatīta literatūra par piena fizikālām īpašībām, par piena sastāvdaļām (taukiem, ogļhidrātiem, olbaltumvielām, sausnu u.c.) un to noteikšanas metodēm. Praktiskajā daļā ir veiktas ilglaicīgas piena analīzes govs pienam, nosakot piena sastāvdaļu daudzumus atkarībā no lietotās lopbarības izmantojot Bentley analītisko aparatūru.Thesis analyzes the literature on physical properties of milk, constituents of milk and methods of determination and properties of fats, carbohydrates, proteins and dry matter. In the practical part long term analyses of influence of feed on content of cow milk constituents have been carried out on Bentley analyzer.
