Abstract
Klientu atgadinājumu pārvaldības sistēma jeb CLM ir paredzēta ērtai klientu datu apstrādei un
klientu atgādināšanai telefona zvanu veidā. Pāris darbībās ir iespējams ievadīt klientu, izveidot
notikumu un uzstādīt atgadinājumu.
CLM ir veidota kā publikai nepieejama sistēma - sistēmā darboties ir paredzets tikai dažiem
cilvekiem. Sistēma ir kā produkts nevis serviss.
Sistēmā struktūra ir veidota ar HTML un CSS tehnoloģijām, servera puses tehniskais nodrošinājums
nāk no PHP ietvara Symfony2, lapu dinamisku padara jQuery bibliotēka. Tas palīdz veidot
strukturizētu un modulāru sistēmu.
Client reminder management system, also known as CLM is made for simple client data processing and to remind clients of their events. In a few actions you are able to register clients, create events and install reminders. CLM is not open for public use – it's meant to be used only by selected few. This system is a product, not a service. System's structure is based on HTML and CSS technologies, server side processes are handled by PHP framework Symfony2 and whole page is dynamic thanks to JQuery library.
