Abstract

Bakalaura tēma ir SIA “Islande Hotel” finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz analīzes teorētiskiem aspektiem veikt SIA „Islande Hotel” finanšu stāvokļa analīzi un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma turpmākai attīstībai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir aprakstīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti. Otrā nodaļa ir veltīta uzņēmuma vispārējam raksturojumam, kā arī galveno konkurentu un nozares analīzei. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma finanšu analīze. Darba nobeigumā ir secinājumi un priekšlikumi tālākai uzņēmuma attīstībai. Darbs sastāv no 64 lapām. The topic of the bachelor's degree is The Assessment of the Financial Condition of Ltd. "Islande Hotel". The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the financial situation of Ltd. "Islande Hotel" based on the theoretical aspects of the analysis and develop proposals for the future development of the company. The bachelor thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of financial analysis. The second chapter is devoted to the general characteristics of the company, as well as the analysis of the main competitors and the industry. In the third chapter, the financial analysis of the company is carried out. At the end of the work there are conclusions and proposals for further development of the company. The work consists of 64 pages. Scientific and educational literature, statistical data, as well as financial reports of companies were used for the development of the work.
