Abstract

Personālam ir fundamentālā nozīme jebkuras organizācijas izdzīvošanai un konkurētspējai, tāpēc darbam piemērota personāla atrašana un atlase ir viens no svarīgākajiem vadītāja uzdevumiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un raksturot personāla meklēšanas un atlases procesus Lattelecom BPO Liepājas filiālē un noteikt to pilnveidošanas virzienus. Pirmajā nodaļā ir apskatīta personāla meklēšanas un atlases būtība un metodes. Otrajā ir aplūkots uzņēmuma darbības raksturojums. Trešajā tiek analizēts uzņēmuma personāla meklēšanas un atlases process un darbinieku attieksme pret to. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā tika izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi personāla meklēšanas un atlases procesa pilnveidei pētāmā uzņēmumā. Human resources play fundamental role in any organization survival and competitiveness, hence finding and selecting qualified staff is one of the most essential tasks for a manager. The goal of the bachelor paper is to research and characterize the process of staff searching and selecting in Lattelecom BPO Liepaja branch and to identify development opportunities. The first part contains the overview of the human resources concept and methods for searching and selecting employees. In the second part the company and its operations are described. The third part includes analysis of hiring process and employees' attitude towards it. In conclusion potential areas of improvement are suggested.
