Abstract

Maģistra darbs „Aprūpes personāla noslodzes plānošana stacionārā” ir izstrādāts ar mērķi noskaidrot aprūpes personāla darba apjomu, salīdzināt māsu – pacientu skaita attiecību stacionārā realitātē ar likumdošanā noteikto. Hipotēze - aprūpes personāla un pacientu skaita attiecība universitātes slimnīcas X stacionāra terapijas un ķirurģijas nodaļās savstarpēji neatšķiras, bet ir par aptuveni pusotru reizi lielāka par likumdošanā ieteikto. Tika izvirzīti jautājumi par aprūpes personāla darba apjomu, personāla un pacientu skaita attiecību realitātē un kādām tām būtu jābūt balstoties uz aktuālo likumdošanu, un par atšķirīgām pazīmēm ķirurģijas un terapijas nodaļu darbā. Pētniecības metodes – kvantitatīvā un kvalitatīvā.

Master Thesis "Nursing staff workload planning in hospital" has been developed with a view to assessing care staff workload, compare nursing - patient ratio in hospital with the statutory reality. The hypothesis - care staff and patients in the Hospital X - patient therapy and surgical wards do not differ but is about one and half times greater than the recommended legislation. Questions are about the care of staff workload, staff and patient ratio in reality and what they should be based on current legislation and the different features and surgical care unit work. Research methods - quantitative and qualitative.
