Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Pacientu pieredze stacionārā pēc videotorakoskopiskām operācijām. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka, tas ka plaušu slimības ir viens no biežākajiem iedzīvotāju nāves iemesliem. Videotorakoskopiska operācija, ir mazinvazīva operācija, kuras laikā veic gan plaušu operācijas, gan pleiras izsvīduma likvidāciju. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt pēcoperācijas pieredzi pēc videotorakoskopiskām operācijām. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir izpētīt un veikt literatūras analīzi par V. Hendersones teoriju, Izpētīt un analizēt zinātnisku literatūru par pacienta pieredzi pēc videotorakoskopiskām operācijām izstrādāt intervijas jautājumus – veikt pilotpētījumu, izstrādāt pētījuma metodisko daļu un veikt pētījumu par pacienta pieredzi stacionārā pēc videotorakoskopiskām operācijām. Pētījuma veids: kvalitatīvs Pētījuma instruments : strukturēta intervija Izvirzīts pētniecības jautājums: Kāda ir pacienta pieredze stacionārā pēc videotorakoskopiskām operācijām? Tika noskaidrota atbilde uz pētījuma jautājumu, respondenti ir apmierināti, ar aprūpi, jo pēcoperācijas perioda komplikācijas un diskomforts bija īslaicīgs, respondentu psiholoģisko un fizisko labsajūtu nodrošināja ģimene, nemitīgi tika nodrošināta medicīnas personāla uzraudzība un aprūpe. The theme of this bachelors job is patients experience in hospital after the thoracoscopic surgery. The importance of this theme is that lung diseases are one of the most frequent causes of death of the population. Videothoracoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive operation, in which both pulmonary surgery and pleural effusion are eliminated. The goal of this work is to analyze the postoperative experience after videothorakoscopic operations. The assignments of this research are to study and perform literature analysis on the theory of V. Henderson. To study and analyze scientific literature on the patient's experience after videothorakoscopic operations, to elaborate interview questions - to conduct a pilot study, to develop a methodological part of the research and to conduct a study on patient experience in in-patient after-photocopy operations. Type of research : qualitative Research tool : structured interview The main question raised by this reasearch: What is the experience of a patient in a post-operative after videothoracoscopic surgery? The answer of the research question was found, respondents were satisfied with care, because the postoperative complications and discomfort were short-lived, the family provided the psychological and physical well-being of the respondents, and continuous supervision and care of the medical staff was provided.
